To say our plumber, Doug, went above and beyond is an understatement.. When faced with a broken, leaking, “rocking” toilet. We called Rocket Rooter, Doug said he’d come next day. He called to say he could come early that day, but when we told him that we were trying to get my father, who is fighting leukemia, out of house for a blood transfusion, he said you tell me when. He adjusted his schedule and came to house while my dad was gone. He was absolutely amazing and so kind. That night my dad somehow broke the “flange”, that is apparently in the floor. No problem, he came again, thank heavens that could be repaired. Our family is beyond grateful for a great job replacing toilet, being so considerate and compassionate. Doug, you have no idea how you were appreciated that day!… you were definitely our angel that day.

Their repairman showed up at least 2-hours before they said they would be here! He was very polite and professional and unclogged the toilet in 5 minutes or less. He told me that it appeared to be clogged up with a lot of toilet paper. After unclogging the toilet, he flushed it numerous times to ensure that it was clear. All in all it was an exceptional experience. I would definitely call them again.

Very professional. I appreciated that they had a print out of the prices so they obviously weren't just making them up on the fly. Cost was still was outrageous. I guess plumbing just is. 😯 The work was done quickly and they explained everything to me and were courteous. Work done neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. Will use again if needed (but i hope not to.)

We had our main drain inspected to determine cause of a sewer backup. Doug came right away even though our property is somewhat outside their service area. He used his camera to find roots in the street which 2 other plumbers/rooter services had not found. He gave me a concise but detailed written description to share with the city when I called for their help. He also gave a discount for being on Angie's List. Very glad to add these folks to our "team"!

Doug arrived in a timely manner. He drained the old 55 gallon water heater and installed a new 50 gallon Whirlpool water heater. He had to replace the piping as the old pipe was corroded and leaking as well as new valves. He also hauled away the old water heater. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. We have used Doug in the past and will continue using him in the future. He is very reasonable in his prices and arrives on time. He also checked on my bathtub drain that was running slow and unclogged it for me. Also while he was here my next door neighbor stopped by and was asking him about a leak she had around her toilet so he he went out of his way at no charge to my neighbor and looked at it and found her toilet bolts only needed tightening to the floor. My neighbor was so happy she is going to have him replace her water heater too!

Doug arrived on time as promised. Very personable and professional. Installed garbage disposal on my kitchen sink. Cleaned up area behind himself. Everything worked perfectly. Showed me exactly how to properly use it and what not to put down the sink. Would definitely use this company again. I provided my own garbage disposal so I only had to pay for the labor.
