"PROGREEN said he would guarantee the elimination of the moles and weeds. Neither has happened. I still have both. The drywall work was subpar in a few places leaving rough spots. I contacted the owner and requested that he come out to discuss the results and make it right. He has broken half a dozen or more commitments to come back to finish his work. I have given him EVERY chance to make things right but he has not. Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. PBR made our dreams come true this year and this contractor can do the same for anyone! Kudos to Steven Thornley, Earl Mason and all the folks tied to PBR. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and we are assured that any / all work done is outstanding and they stand by it all. If you have a similar job / project (s), then this is your one stop shopping around for a company that will get it right the first time and will last as long as you plan to own your home. Bar none - PBR is it! Sadly, 5-star is all we can give. In our opinion - 10 + if available! Thanks so much to PBR and if you're looking for a project (s) to be done at your home, look no further. After 3 failed town inspection reports and unwillingness to cover all rework costs for their lack of quality workmanship and non-compliance damages, we are stuck paying a bill 50% higher than the original contract amount. Unsupervised crews, 3 project leads quit, and fails to pay subcontractors after they pocket your money. Please heed this warning. It's a game. They perform crap work, ask you to sign an agreement to release their liabilities at an amount so low and below justified costs its unbelievable. Think of this, if they settle and you can not call out their poor-quality workmanship how does the BBB ever rate this business accurately? Just think of this when accomplishing further research on them! Stay away! Attached is just one pic of many of poor workmanship. Finishing nails used to hold up our stairs!!"
