Powell Construction Inc.I got them from Angie's List. They were a good company. They did a good job for us. Mr. Powell was a very nice person. He was prompt and came out on time. He gave us a good estimate. It took him a day to get it back to us. They were prompt when they came out to do the work. They finished it on time. It was a good price. Powell Construction Inc.Mr. Powell started our deck on a Monday, and finished building it within a week. He worked many hours. This deck also has a portion of it covered with a roof. He wanted us to inspect everything to be sure that we were satisfied. He will tell you a date to start, and a date to complete a job, and he has done exactly that each time he has worked for us. He started the vinyl siding on a Monday and was finished in about 10 days. Our home is 2 story, 5 bedrooms, etc. very large. He did a perfect job. This was 18 years ago, and it has held up through all kinds of weather. We are very pleased.- Ruth M.

His crew was knowledgeable and their work was good. The job site was cleaned with all trash and debris removed. Overall, it was good work for a fair price. Mike was our site guy who asked good questions and made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted and did his best to deliver on every aspect. The communication was excellent from the first quote meeting with Doug, the start of the project with introductions to Mike and his team, all the way through completion. The project turned out better than we expected. Doug was very good at listening to our wants and desires. He was full of suggestions to make the project better and even shared some items that would save us money and get the desired effect. BCI was able to give us a competitive quote to install a standing seam metal roof; Confidence in money deposited for work to be done; Understanding of the advantages of metal; Scheduling was successful dependent on weather and COVID; Installing of roofing was done about a week; Cleanup of area daily was good to end of job cleanup. Crew was friendly and responsive. Was able to perform visual inspections personally. Will update as time progresses on any future issues and followup by BCI addressing those issues. Right now all looks good. Amount spent for new roof - $28K
