"thanks chris. glad we could help and you got the job done and the timely manner. next time will be five stars buddy calls anytime thank you"
"unfortunately Kristin. your time frame to close on the house got pushed back. Prior to that we did all the work and I waited for 1000 dollars for over a month. I agreed to that and payment time kept changing. I will make sure no one does work for you without knowing how hard it is to get paid. Good luck."
"Thank You Toni and Brian. You guys were awesome and we can't wait to help you on the next project. Give me a call if there is anything you guys need."
"7500 dollars of work and labor has been completed. There is an outstanding engineering bill for modification of the roof system that has to be paid of over 600 Dollars. This was not part of the contract. There is a 2500 dollar balance due on completion of the job. We would gladly finish because the cost of the remaining materials and labor is not even half of that. Pay your engineering bill and work gets completed and we all move forward. This is a FAIL on your part. Pay the engineer their money and we finish. We cant do anything else until that is paid. See you on the 2nd unless you decide to finish the job. It's amazing how many 5 ratings we have up to this point. Have a nice day."
"If I remember the situation correctly Mary. You went behind my back and cancelled the contract by Hiring Andy to do the work. Get it straight please. Being sneaky and cheap isn't the solution. You should have honored the contract instead of trying to get free or extra work done for the price we discussed and the work we discussed. Doing jobs for cash don't pay especially when it may be an illegal living space."
"Thanks Bill, glad we could help you out. Enjoy the screen room!!! Thank you Dave and Jenn"

"Thank you Judy. We can't wait to finish the other stuff you need tended too. Hope your trip was awesome!!="
"You the man Pete. Give me a call anytime bud. Thank You!"
"I am sorry that you were not happy with a 5ooo dollar deck and door replaced. I had knee surgery and I do not know what transpired while I was under the knife but The jobs are done because I had to take care of everything before surgery Frank. If you would like to see what the material cost and the labor cost I will be happy to show you the receipts."
"Thank You Maurice. It was a pleasure. Dave."
"Thanks, Mac. Talk to you soon so we can get the soffits finished. Let me know when posts are complete. Regards, Dave."
"Unfortunately this customer had previous damage and tried to blame our company, and went ahead and hired a roofing crew behind our backs. He then attempted to blame us for the water damage after he had the company do the work that we were contracted to do. This broke our agreement immediately. Premier would not be liable for another companies work that was not employed by us."
"Thank You Harold. It is a pleasure working for you. See you soon and stay safe. Dave"
