"Stuart and Wellmade concrete really came through. They were very punctual and did exactly what they said they would. Very professional with a contract and stayed right on schedule. The slopes of the slab were perfect. The smooth finish I asked for was beautiful! They left the yard clean like they found it. I definitely recommend them. It was a turnkey operation! They did it all."

"Thank you Madewell for sending the "A" team to put in a new driveway and walkway to my house. Gio was right on the money with his estimate explaining the design process and the project manager Brian Phaup along with his concrete finishing expert Miguel and his two man crew did an outstanding job! Brian made sure we were all on the same page during the whole process and the work was top notch from start to finish! The crew was on time, professional, and left my property like it was their own! Just an outstanding job all around and would recommend them to everyone!"

Small jobs welcome

"I had to post my experience of the services rendered by Pearson's Concrete. The quality of work performed by these folks is a credit to their dedication to detail. They were a sheer joy to deal with, and were extremely humble. My husband and I will definitely be using them for other work in the future. It's hard to find quality work performed by people that care about their craft. Melinda."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Pressure washing is a great way to take care of built-up messes much more easily and quickly than manual scrubbing. Pressure washing can save you energy, time, and even money by getting rid of contaminants that can lead to damage to your home. It can also increase curb appeal if you’re getting ready to make a home sale.

Overall, a paver driveway is considered the easiest to maintain because homeowners are able to do driveway repair one piece at a time without impacting the rest of the driveway. Unlike paved options, paver driveways contain individual stones that aren't physically connected. By comparison, you may need to reseal or redo a full asphalt driveway if just one portion sustains a significant crack.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.

If your garage floor is heavily soiled or stained, then it’s a good idea to powerwash it with a concrete cleaner before sealing. This process will remove dirt and debris to help the new sealer bond to the concrete properly, and it will also improve the look of your sealed garage floor. After power washing your floor, make sure you let the concrete dry completely before applying sealant, usually for 24 to 48 hours.
