"Madewell concrete was in communication with us from the estimate phase through to completion. During the actual project both the salesperson and the owner of the company came to observe the job. They made sure we were happy during every phase of the project. This is the only company for concrete driveways you need. You will be very happy. We love our new driveway."

Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? "Lige Smith was excellent to work with. He came out did a site survey to seal my driveway and 10x14 parking extension. He provided a competitive quote vs. other contractors and was hired. He and crew came out within a week and performed the work. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get driveway seal or a parking extension added to current driveway. Lige and staff were very professional and kept me informed during all steps of the sealing/paving process. To ensure correct & proper curing of the driveway & sealing they provided an overall estimate of when to drive on the pavement...Kudos to LA Driveways!"

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Most powerwashing jobs take 2-6 hours, but larger buildings or areas with deep staining may require an entire day.

The best plan for removing rust stains from concrete is to progressively move from weaker cleaners to heavy-duty acids. Move from dish soap to vinegar to oxalic acid to muriatic acid, stopping whenever the stain is sufficiently removed. This process ensures that only the safest possible methods are used, rather than jumping right into a powerful cleaner that may be effective but unsafe and unnecessary

Pressure washing is a great way to take care of built-up messes much more easily and quickly than manual scrubbing. Pressure washing can save you energy, time, and even money by getting rid of contaminants that can lead to damage to your home. It can also increase curb appeal if you’re getting ready to make a home sale.

Yes, biodegradable cleaning agents and water-saving techniques minimize environmental impact.

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.
