After we had a dishwasher leak, the floors under our kitchen island were soaked and needed replacing - a prior company came and gutted our kitchen (no island, no sink, no dishwasher, no flooring), then ghosted us for the rebuild. After months desperately looking for someone to fix our kitchen, thankfully a neighbor recommended me to Steven. Steven immediately jumped to action and had my floors installed within a week or two - we could finally stop tripping over jagged wood / staples! He guided me on how to order my cabinets so we would receive the right products (and saved us money in the process). He was communicative as we awaited their delivery, and once they were in he had his guys install them beautifully, and finish our island better than new. I am so grateful every day to have been connected with him. Steven even introduced us to the air switch for our garbage disposal - a modification that I've been loving! I will absolutely work with him and Michaels Construction again in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor they can actually rely on."

The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"
