Went great. John his son and crew did a great job. Flexible along the way. Sought to make sure everything was satisfactory. Even did more items like replanting grass when it wasn’t part of contract. Deck looks great! Garage work great. Would use this team again with no hesitation!

John Parker of Modern Builders was excellent. We were very impressed with his expertise, his construction skills, and his professionalism. He cared about getting the job done right and having a satisfied customer. He showed up when he said he would, worked diligently every day he was here, cleaned up his construction debris, and got the job done in a timely manner. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. We would strongly recommend him to anyone who is considering adding a sunroom.

We could not be more pleased. John removed the existing shower and garden tub, and installed a gorgeous new tile shower. The level of craftsmanship is amazing, and there were no surprises with estimate or timeline. I would recommend Modern Builders in a heartbeat.
