Wyatt is very responsive and will go over and above expectations. He has a good crew of courteous workers and gets the job done. He gets quite busy in the summertime, so it may take an extended time for him to address some of the larger issues, but usually can troubleshoot problems and advise me. I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial. "
