Did a great job putting a new roof on our home. We had a small leak and felt very confident with Rain Tight from the first interaction with Jason. His knowledge and assessment of the leak along with realistic options made our decision easy. Another roofer said he would repair a section at a fraction of the cost to re-roof but neglected to take into account some of the other issues with the 17 year old roof, all of which Jason pointed out and documented with pictures. The re-roof job was done well and looks great. Highly recommend Rain Tight.

Jason Holland, owner of Rain Tight Roofing is a credit to his profession. He is extremely thorough and professional and he shares his knowledge with his customers. We had an odd roof configuration on our house. Rather than just offer a quote to reroof our home like every other contractor, Jason offered a creative solution and had quality carpenters capable of completing the modification. We ended up with a new front roof elevation and new roof with any rotted wood identified and replaced. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, go ahead and get quotes. But be sure to include Rain Tight as I’m confident Jason will be competitive. Most importantly, you will be hiring a professional who truly cares about his customers, his roofing team and the product he delivers.

Jason worked with us to help us choose the best way to fix our skylight leaks. He guided us through the planning process and gave excellent advice on beat way to solve our long standing problems. We chose to replace skylights and fix the pitch of our roof line that should never have been built so flat in the first place! His team of carpenters were excellent and finding and repairing the years of water leak damage. They were dependable, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable in construction. Once they skylights and roof re-model were completed his team of roofers quickly roofed our house. It turned out. Gorgeous! This was a great experience from start to finish! Jason did a great job. The roof was started the week before Dorian. There was a small about of roofing not finished sure to a chimney problem. Jason came by and made sure that the roof was completely rain proof. He also suggested a painter and a gutter provider but did outstanding jobs. The house looks great.

Work went well despite the requirement for some difficult carpentry work. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and made many good suggestions. His crew was well skilled and pleasant. Roof looks great and we’re so happy with the work, we referred RainTight to a neighbor who is equally pleased with their work.

Jason explained everything well ahead of time, and he was able to work us in the week after we got his estimate, i.e., very quickly. His crew worked like energizer bunnies, from a little after 7AM till about 7PM every day, and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. We had heard good things about Jason, so his is the only estimate we got. We might have been able to get a lower price with another roofer, but we don't mind paying to have the job well done. The new roof looks great.

The owner responded within a few hours to let us know that we were outside their work area. Of the 5 companies we contacted he was one of the two that responded. He gave us a referral to get the work done and that was also appreciated. Good business isn't always about getting the job - it's how you treat people and this company deserves an A+ rating for being polite & honest.

The estimate provided by Jason Holland (Rain Tight Roofing) was the most comprehensive of the total of eight vendors that quoted the job. We were unaware of the hail damage and were replacing the roof because of its age. Only Jason and one other vendor brought the hail damage to our attention. Jason's close inspection also revealed hail damage to sky lights and chimney caps. He was very conscientious in identifying other issues that needed attention such as signs of wood rot and pointing out areas where additional problems might become evident once the old roof was removed. As a result we weren't caught off guard when they dug into this 40 year old structure. Most important of all were Jason's tireless efforts and many hours expended in dealing with the insurance adjuster. As a result of his negotiations, our claim was settled for a little more than twice the amount of the insurance carrier's original offer. Thank You, Jason!!!

We were concerned that we may have sustained damage from the March hail storm. I contacted Rain Tight roofing and spoke to Jason Holland. He came out to look and confirmed we had damage and from that point he dealt completely with the insurance company and their inspectors. We were approved for a new roof and the job was undertaken a couple of weeks later. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would recommend anyone to Rain Tight.
