Beau Ragsdale and his wife took GREAT care of this first time Angi user. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and they keep their word. My golf cottage roof was severely damage by Hurricane Helene on Friday Sep 27th. Checked out Angi, found Ragsdale Roofing and Beau Ragsdale came out to my Bluffton, SC place that SUNDAY morning, Sep 29th to quote. Beau had a quote in my hand before he left that Sunday and promised to have my roof completed no later than two weeks of the contract sign date if I signed the contract within 2-3 days. By the way, no price gouging as that at quote was competitive with what my neighbors paid a few years ago for their roofs. I signed the contract on Tues Oct 1st. No joke, my Golf Cottage was completed 1 WEEK LATER on Oct 8th. What more can a roofing customer ask? How bout that Mr. & Mrs. Ragsdale treat their crews well as responded by his foremen of 8 years when I asked him "How do you like working for Ragsdale Roofing?"

Mr. Ragsdale answered all my questions and then some. Very experienced and knowledgeable in construction and roofing. I asked a LOT of questions. Everything he said made sense with the research I did. Understood that I wanted my MBH attic space to retain less heat so interior of home will be more comfortable during the summer heat. Work and clean-up were completed quickly. The whole team is very well organized and worked smoothly together.

This was very poor job, He promise to install 50 years warrantee roofing but he installed 30 years warrantee roofing in stead, He charged me for material he did not use, He is very dishonest person and has not integrity. A inspection was made with 2 licensed roof professionals

We live in Eden, Ga, near Savannah. We just had our roof done by Ragsdale Roofing September 3, 4, 2021. Over the last few months, I had 14 companies come and inspect. Only 7 gave estimates. The only one that mentioned I may have issues with my rafters was Beau Ragsdale of Ragsdale Roofing and Innovations. He was patient, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. Our roof was only 6 years old but the last company did a crap job so there was more damage and damage from wind than we knew. We had a lot of issues, we had to get a complete tear down to the rafters. My husband took off work so he could observe and advise. Beau Ragsdale and his three 5 man crews, they knocked out my 3700 square feet doublewides in 2 days working sun up till sun down. Hard workers, they did a wonderful job! Beau also gives a 10 year workmanship warranty, most companies only gave 2 or 3 years. I also called my home owners' insurance company and they helped out so don't forget to call them.
