"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "Carolina's Fireplace and Granite Distributors were excellent to work with. Dale is very punctual and knowledgeable. He helped us with all of our initial planning and when we could not find a slab we liked on hand at their yard, he sent us to a granite distributor where we were able to pick our own custom slabs. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The hauled away our old counters and sinks. We were also able to provide our own choice of sink that we bought from a 3rd party. We had shipped to Carolina's Fireplace and Granite and they did the template on site and brought it all the day of installation. Everything went great and we would absolutely use them again."

"We are beyond thrilled with our paver patio and fire
pit.  We wanted our new outside space to be functional and fun, and not look like just another paver patio.  Clive had us sold when he spent over an hour with us just talking and listening to how we wanted to use the space.   He gave us great ideas about the placement and flow of the patio.  We loved the design he provided us, and he had a real vision for what the space would look
like.  He made our patio truly custom by using the same stone we have around our fireplace in the family room and the
brick that our house is made of.   He added features to the design that no other contractor thought about ? a bar
area around the grill, boulders strategically placed, added in the landscaping and the landscaping lights.  We could not
wait for our patio to be installed.   
 Jason and the crew were great to work with.   I have never seen a construction crew of any
kind work so meticulously and hard.   These guys were working during the hottest of hot this summer.   Every night they cleaned up everything ? tools, garbage, the work area.   They took are of the site as well as the yard around it.   
We could not be happier with the finished project.  We love every aspect of the patio ? the stone and brick, the curves of the patio, the different paver materials, the boulders, the landscaping, the landscaping lights?.. It was truly amazing.  Clive had a vision, and it was perfect. 
It has been such a pleasure working with Outdoor Artisan.  We would definitely use

"My brick house is 20 years old and over time some minor cracking in the mortar or missing mortar at various locations around the house. Nothing overly serious, just time related minor settlement. Plus when I moved in the house 12 years ago the realtor had someone fix one of the locations and they did not match the mortar color very well and it was very noticeable.
Doug came out and gave me a quote, plus pointed out some areas I had overlooked. Plus he offered to grind out and re-mortar the area that was done poorly 12 years ago. It took about a month for our schedules to match and Doug's team came out it took about a day to grind out the old mortar and apply new mortar which matched the color perfectly. You can't even tell where the cracks were any more and the work looks professional, neat and clean. The color matching is an art, and had to be mixed slowly by hand. They even touched up some areas we had not seen before.
Highly recommend this to be done for older brick homes as the cracks can let in wasps, rain, and outside air/humidity.  If you looking for someone to do this, you won't find a better craftsmen than Doug and his team.
