"Jim was professional and an expert in figuring out what was faulty. He identified that we needed to replace the gas valve and not only installed a new one but also restored the embers as well. We are thrilled, and we and our landlord will recommend Jim to anyone needing fireplace installation or repairs. Jim was also very respectful and punctual. Jim was also incredibly courteous and generous with his time especially because we have a cancer patient in our apartment. Thank you Jim!"

"Called at 10am, he was at my house by 1pm, had logs fixed, out by 2pm. Actual cost of repair was $200 less than quote he gave me over the phone. I asked him about replacing logs, but he said although technology is better, no reason to replace."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"It went well. He found one spot we would not have, and fixed it for us. We also pointed out a leaky skylight that he sealed, but it still leaked a little after he was done (as we found out in the next hard rain). That was our only complaint - it would have been perfect if he'd managed to completely fix the leak. He was prompt, friendly and professional.
