"Service was supposed to include a new filter but the tech "forgot" it. It's 20"X20" which is very common. Tech told me my AC unit wasn't working at all, seems the switch was set to heat. When set to AC it miraculously started working. Told me my capacitor was bad but when I asked how the compressor was turning on he changed it to "probably going to go bad real soon." I declined the $172 repair. Would not use these folks again"
