Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
On Sunday evening November 30, we had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up. The clog in the pipe also affected the dishwasher and washing machine. I called 1-Tom-Plumber and within a short period of time, Tyler our technician arrived. Tyler went through the diagnostics and did an excellent job of communicating every step. The clog was a more challenging one than a simple clog but Tyler got our house back in order. Thank you Tyler and 1-Tom-Plumber!

Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
I hired this company to fix a leak at my Airbnb. The plumber removed the toilet, repaired the leak for about $400, and left. We later discovered he had left the toilet completely unattached and not reinstalled it, without telling us. With Airbnb guests arriving that weekend, we suddenly had a non?functional bathroom and were told reinstalling the same toilet would cost about $800. Since canceling guests wasn?t an option, we felt forced to approve the extra charge. The billing process added more frustration. The invoice they sent had no amounts filled in, and I was told to calculate the totals myself. When I couldn?t complete it right away due to the missing information, I received a notice saying a lien could be placed on my property if I didn?t pay quickly. This entire situation made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the company reviews how situations like this are handled going forward.
