"Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. "Called around 8:30 am, spoke to the owner of the issue I was facing and that I was a truck driver unable to be home for the work and how important it was/is to get the water back up and going for my family. Was told he would get there ASAP and around noon he called to inform me of the work performed (even sent videos showing his work) and that he was complete with the repair (this was under the house in a tight space to get into) with the water back on - my wife called boasting about his professionalism and politeness.
