"Ryan came out and inspected our HVAC since we had trouble cooling the upstairs. He said the biggest problem was the duct work, suggesting that needed to be replaced. We decided to have our entire HVAC system replaced since the current system was 9 years old and of a low end system. Marius and Drew came out to replace the system. Considering they started on the 2 hottest days of the week, they did a great job installing the new system and reworking the ducting in the attic. They provided updates on their progress and what they were doing. They were very personable and cared about the quality of work they provided. Thanks to Marius and Drew!!"

"Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. "Called around 8:30 am, spoke to the owner of the issue I was facing and that I was a truck driver unable to be home for the work and how important it was/is to get the water back up and going for my family. Was told he would get there ASAP and around noon he called to inform me of the work performed (even sent videos showing his work) and that he was complete with the repair (this was under the house in a tight space to get into) with the water back on - my wife called boasting about his professionalism and politeness. This was a couple to few weeks ago and have had no problems since. I would highly recommend and will for sure call Jake the snakes with ANY of my plumbing needs !"
