He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Hi! I’m Eric, a master electrician in the trade since fresh out of high school ( 2003 ). I immediately jumped green into commercial electrical work 40 hours a week in 2003. As my knowledge grew, I’d start doing side jobs on the weekends ( ceiling fans, can lights, light fixture installs ) When I got my journeyman card in 2012, I started doing more advanced residential electrical on the side. ( Panel upgrades, troubleshooting, generator installs, boat lifts on docks, etc ) \nIn 2023, I realized I was losing money by working 40 hours a week for an electrical contractor when I had clients weeks and months out due to delayed availability. So I took my Masters Test, picked up General Liability Insurance, got bonded, and began my own small electric business. Here I am today. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
