Insurance adjusters prefer working with us as we inspect all roofs for sufficient damage prior to suggesting you file a claim, therefore weeding out unnecessary claims. We will meet with the adjuster on your behalf to give you the best chance for a successful claim. We are A+ rated on the BBB. We are a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and Shingle Master with Certainteed. We always use Ice & Water shield in all vulnerable areas as well as synthetic underlayment over the entire roof deck. This allows us to provide you with a 3 year workmanship warranty in addition to your manufacturers warranty. We will meet all insurance company estimates for work, all you should be responsible for is your deductible and any upgrades. We have over 60 years experience in new and replacement roofing. All of our installers are employed by us so you can be assured of quality work and up to date insurance as we do not subcontract our work like most other companies do. The windows were done earlier than expected, but with covid-19 in our lives, we asked to postpone installment for a month. Debbie was completely fine with that. On our appointment day, Robert called to apologize that he was running a little late and would call when he was on his way-which he did. When he arrived, he asked if he could block our mailbox long enough to unload everything and if it was ok to park across the street. At our request, he wore a mask while in the same room as we were. He was very careful to cover our floors and other items to protect them, and took off his shoes when on our carpet. Throughout the day, he was polite, professional, and very hard working. He cleaned up inside and out before leaving. The next morning, we had a question, so we called to ask Debbie. Within an hour Robert called us to answer our question, and soon a second call from Travis followed to make sure we had our answer. We have been very impressed with Taylors. The windows are so much better than what we had, with a great warranty, and 1/3 the cost of the other company! We highly recommend Taylors."
