Hi! I’m Eric, a master electrician in the trade since fresh out of high school ( 2003 ). I immediately jumped green into commercial electrical work 40 hours a week in 2003. As my knowledge grew, I’d start doing side jobs on the weekends ( ceiling fans, can lights, light fixture installs ) When I got my journeyman card in 2012, I started doing more advanced residential electrical on the side. ( Panel upgrades, troubleshooting, generator installs, boat lifts on docks, etc ) \nIn 2023, I realized I was losing money by working 40 hours a week for an electrical contractor when I had clients weeks and months out due to delayed availability. So I took my Masters Test, picked up General Liability Insurance, got bonded, and began my own small electric business. Here I am today. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
