They seemed disinterested and indifferent, rarely providing updates, or addressing my concerns. The quote that we agreed to was based off a large amount of labor as this was supposed to be a quick job. The turnaround time for the project was nothing short of extensive. What was initially promised to be a timely 9-day completion turned into a never-ending saga of delays. Weeks turned into months, and I found myself constantly chasing after Dan for progress updates. It was abundantly clear that they lacked a sense of urgency and commitment to their work. Every time we went to the condo to check in, there were 2 to 3 teenagers there completing the work. No supervision. I was told there would be a total of 9 guys and that’s why the quote was so high. They had too many projects. I paid for all hands-on deck and did not receive the service that I was promised. It took a total of 3 months to complete. In addition to the frustrating delays, the quality of work delivered by Dan was subpar, riddled with a myriad of mistakes. It became evident that attention to detail was not a priority for them. From installing the wrong toilets 3 times, improperly installed fixtures, the result was a far cry from the standard one would expect from a professional contractor. Dealing with Dan has been a regrettable experience, and I caution anyone considering their services to think twice. Their poor attitude, extensive turnaround time, and the multitude of mistakes make them a contractor to avoid at all costs.
