He quickly assessed the situation and recommended a solution. Once I gave him the OK, he worked with the county, the other contractor, and got everything resolved to our satisfaction. What is particularly noteworthy is how often he communicated with us to keep us updated on where things stood and his next steps. I have never had a contractor be so proactive about getting the job done or about communicating with me. He even went directly to the County Permit Office to ensure everything was good on their end.
