Get matched with top basement waterproofing pros in Mount Pleasant, SC

"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

"These guys are serious about their work. The jacks appear to be doing well all there is a noticeable difference. I was able to get financing through a vendor and now I can continue with the next phases of remodeling my home."

"Our technician, Joseph Willis, did a fantastic job at explaining the process and then following thru. The end result of the leveling exceeded my expectations and Josephâ s crack repair and sealing was the best Iâ ve seen in 30 yrs of home renovation."

"I HIGHLY recommend PEEPLES PLUMBING & GAS. It is a family-owned business with skilled technicians. Curtis and Bobby came same morning and at exact time they said they would be there!! They resolved my flooding washing machine and overflowing kitchen sinks in 45 min. They were very professional and efficient. I am very confident in the work that they did. I have honestly never left a review for anything but this company deserves one. Use them!!!"

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. Would HIGHLY recommend Greg and his crew"

"We had a leaking pipe and Jay came out within hours of my call. Charged a fair price for patching up the line so we wouldn't be without water for the night. We liked his work and customer service so much that we got him to repipe our house. He did a fantastic job at an awesome price. He also put in our new kitchen faucet. He's fair, honest, and hard-working. You don't need to look any further."

"We had a bath tub taken out and shower put in. Also, we had separate shower made into Linen Closet. They did an outstanding job. They were on time every day and always cleaned up after work."

"Went great. Maddie H. came by and found the problem with my old water heater. She setup the install for me. Bradley K. installed the new water heater the next day and did an excellent job. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Great job to everyone concerned. Thanks!"
