After calling and emailing several pest control companies, Howard was the only one knowledgeable of the powder post beetle issue that popped up on our buyer's home inspection. Awesome Tim was out the next day and took care of the issue, and our closing went off without a hitch.

Great company. Have hired 3x years in a row and thoroughly appreciative of their service. We have a wasp issue and always have them on our property but they always get them cleared for the season. They aren’t your cookie cutter company that comes out seasonally to do a simple spray, instead they identify a real problem and use what’s needed to fix the problem.

They responded to my urgent need very quickly, beginning with my initial call with Howard to the home visits by Awesome Tim! Howards significant experience in this area was very influential in my selection of them over 2 other contractors. He helped me understand in depth my problem and resolution. Awesome Tim visited my residence twice to apply the remedies. He was on time, thorough, and reassuring that my problem would be solved. He explained the process clearly that was very effective and came at a much, much lower cost than estimated by 2 other contractors! It is very comforting to find such a contractor who is knowledgeable and much more reasonable than other less experienced contractors!

I appreciated the initial calls I had with Howard when I was deciding which company to go with for mosquito treatments for my yard. He was personable, patient with my questions, and he really took the time to tell me how they were different than other companies. And they DO give you the extra attention, personalization. My technician is Tim and he has been incredible to work with!! He calls before he comes- usually even texts the day before. He knows I have dogs or may have outdoor plans because I have a pool. I have had many different conversations about pests and can ask him anything. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile every time. What a professional!! Very pleased with this company!!

I contacted Freedom Pest Control for a ground bee nest in a mulch bed near our pool. After getting stung 4 times myself and having dogs who frequent this area, I needed to get the issue resolved quickly. Their technician, "Awesome" Tim arrived on time the same day I called and did a thorough job identifying and getting rid of other nests around our home in addition to treating the ground bee nest. Tim mentioned to keep an eye on the nest and if in a few weeks there was any activity, to just call them back. This is exactly what happened and I called Freedom back today and Tim returned a few hours after I called to re-treat the large nest again. I havent dealt with many pest control companies in the past but I would highly recommend Freedom Pest Control to anyone as Tim is extremely knowledgeble, Howard was extremely responsive to my requests on both occasions and they back up their services to make sure the customer is taken care of properly.

Tim was exceptional in every way. He was polite, explained everything he was going to do. He answered all my questions. He showed me 2 points of entry where the wasps were getting in and he treated it all. Also the appointment was set for 2:45 and he showed up early which I appreciated because I leave for work at 3pm. I highly recommend Freedom and will use them again if the need arises.

I would 100% recommend Freedom Pest Control. Tim has taken care of us for two years now from ants to mosquitoes outside to random bugs we find and dont want any more of inside. Tim is always professional, quickly responsive, knowledgeable and never tries to oversell. I cant imagine using anyone else.

Prompt, professional, and guaranteed work. I called in the morning and Awesome Tim showed up at 3 PM the same day. He explained the procedure for eliminating the bees, performed the service, and stated he would return with no extra charge if the problem was not solved. This company has my highest recommendation.

Easy communication, smooth process.

Tim was great! He was very polite, explained what he was going to do, and gave us time to move our dogs and shut doors to rooms that did not need to be treated. A customer service!

They came out the day after I submitted a request and were out the day after to remove the bald-faced hornet nest that was hanging from the eave of my garage. They also sprayed around the rest of the house, so no more hornets for the year. I was satisfied with the work and the speedy response.

Tim did a good job.

I cannot speak to their quality. However I can speak to their customer service. I hired them for pest control and later ended up not needing them. So I called a week ahead to cancel. All the calls and voicemails were left unanswered (they were prompt to return calls when I was hiring them, though). After 6 days of calls, they never respond and then showed up at the door and charged me a cancellation fee. When I asked why I never got a response, they said they never got a call from me. I showed them the call log , specifically when I left a voicemail, and the response was this call is 30 Seconds but a voicemail is usually at least 38 seconds. And I am guessing most of the 30 seconds was the phone ringing because the call time starts when it rings and not when it connects?. I refuted about the call timer and also confirmed with the phone company that the timer starts when the call connects. I also sent screenshots of my call log where I had called them. Unfortunately they were only responsive when you book and not when you had to cancel. When I asked why I was not made aware of the cancellation charge during booking, it was made to be my fault and they responded with well you wanted to book the services so I got you on the schedule and did not let you know about cancellation policy?. I have since reached about a resolution and no response.

I think I was helped, I feel the service is very expensive for what is offered, but I suppose Howard charges what he feels the market will bear. There will be additional expense in hiring people in the spring to secure the areas wh. are making the mice access my house.

I felt that Howard and AwesomeTim both had our best interests at heart. We have a yellow jacket problem inside the house. They gave me extra tips on what to do and did not try to sell us any contracts.

Powered is very considerate and very thorough with the job. I like working with them. I will recommend them and they did a wonderful job.

I hired another company before using Freedom PC, Freedom did in one visit what the other company couldnâ t do in 6 visits. Bonus that the owner, Howard was super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
