Claudio was at our house every day, explained what was going to occur, checked everything that was done and always answered all my questions. Not only was he extremely respectful to us but he greeted his employees every morning with a handshake...that spoke volumes to us. After doing the larger work, I asked if he could do the smaller ones and there was no hesitation. He said, "there is no small jobs, I am grateful for what I do". He was in constant contact with us to inform us of the status of things due to the supply chain slow down of materials. Rusty displayed a customer oriented attitude sprinkled with humor that made him easy and pleasant to work with."

It allowed me to save on roofing and foundation, but created certain logistical difficulties in the project. Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself.
