He was in constant contact with us to inform us of the status of things due to the supply chain slow down of materials. He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. "Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. They arrived on time, installed both handrails quickly and safely. Handrails are sturdy, and now my parents lives are that much safer. Would recommend."

"I told the technician that I wanted the fan flush mounted as all the other ones in my home. I showed him the other fans. He still put it with the fan attached to the rod instead. So he to had to take it down and do it correctly. I had to show him the instructions in the box. When he removed the fan he did find that the base was not properly attached to the beam in the ceiling and he fixed that."
