"We just completed a major kitchen remodel managed by Claudio Pacheco and are quite happy with the final result. We largely knew what we wanted, but also depended on Claudio’s knowledge and input. And it made a big difference. Claudio is cool, calm, and collected, and this was valuable, as during the work problems did arise. Now these issues were related to the old construction of our house, and were discovered in the course of the work (i.e., faulty wiring, out-of-date plumbing and ventilation, uneven foundation). Anyway, he managed to correct it all, to our relief. Claudio and his team were invariably polite and helpful, and most importantly competent. We were especially impressed by Luis (carpentry),Will (electrician), and Marcos (tiling). Pacheco Contracting may not be the least expensive for remodeling/construction. But as the saying goes, “you can pay a little more now, or pay a lot more later.”"

"I had a great experience with this team. They were very professional, courteous, and conscientious while working in my home. The plan for remodeling was established and if challenges arose a solution was presented taking budgeting into account. The team was always on time and finished the job in a reasonable time frame. Invoicing/billing was provided and was clear and concise. Communication with the contractor was never an issue. He made himself available anytime if I had questions. I am completely elated with the remodeling results and family/guests to my home are quite impressed."

"Freeman Repair and Remodel was very professional from start to finish. From the initial consultation wherein we discussed and finalized an overall design/construction plan to the final execution, Derek and his team came every morning and worked all day until the project was complete. I would hire them again in an instant!"

"Juan R did a great job with our installation of a dog door. Our door had a small issue due to the design, but he went out of his way to fix the problem and get the job done. Super efficient and friendly guy."

"I am very pleased! The new deck is beautiful, sturdy and secure. I loved Carson’s suggestions and I am glad we took his advice about design. He is talented with much experience. Also, this is a rental property. Carson was mindful to complete work on time so we did not lose any business! Thank you, Carson!"

"I am currently in the planning stage of my remodel, but I will absolutely hire these guys when I am ready to begin. Nik has been extremely professional and able to provide specific details that I hadn't thought about. He is punctual and has patiently answered any questions that I have had. I highly recommend this company, and I am excited to get started on my remodel!"

"The shower stall looks great! The installers, Mario Ingianni and Tony DiRienzo, were very professional and efficient. The design consultant, Jarrod Ganch, knows the product and was very professional."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"Remodel 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms from scraping ceilings to installing flooring. Bathrooms were gutted and completely redone. Quality work from subcontractors. They were slow in providing receipts in order to have my defective front sink faucet, but it was received and when provided to the manufacturer they sent a new faucet."
