"This is the second time I have used 1st Source for remodeling. First time was to move wall, create a unique entry way, and improve line of sight in the house. The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. This major project also came in on-time and under budget, even when additions/changes were made on the fly. Jon is so easy to work with, and collaborative. There is not another professional with whom I would want to do business. You can take advice, and trust that what is being told is to achieve the desired outcome. We originally hired Nick for a kitchen remodel which involved removing a wall, installing a beam and cabinets along with some plumbing and electrical work. We liked his work so much we had him tear out and build a shower in our master bath and install a small shower in our half bath. We were very impressed by his work and knowledge and when we asked for changes/or additions his pricing was fair and he tries to accommodate our wishes.
