Square-It-Up Storm Roofing

Roof still leaks despite calling them out for 2 service calls. On the last call I decided to go ahead and have the gentleman take measurements for an estimate for replacing the shingles. I gave him my email address and cell number. A week or two goes by without a call or email. I call back and left a voicemail at the 469-8980 number- no response. I call a few days later on the 968-5573 number and I spoke with James or Jeff. Told him what had happened and that I was waiting on an estimate...no email or call after a few days. I called a third time and was told that they had my information but needed to track down who it was that got the original measurements. That was on the 7th and I have been going back and forth with just getting a stupid estimate for around a month. If they didn't want my business I wish they would have just told me so and saved me some time and grief!

They were really easy. It wasn't too bad. They were good on average.

These guys are quick and very professional. They made sure to keep the area clean while doing the job and cleaned up very well after the job. Love the new roof

We had a leak around the fireplace chimney in the living room. Mr. Bob Jamison's company was recommended to me by a commercial roofing company in Sumter, SC. Upon inpection of the roof, Mr. Jamison discovered that we had hail and wind damage on our roof and suggested we contact our insurance company. The Insurance company agreeded with the damage and said they would pay for a new roof and repair of the chimney. While taking the flat roof off, rotten boards were found and the roof had to be completely removed in that section and replaced. It would literally crumble when you touched the wood on the sides of this roof. Mr. Jamison got a contractor to come in and replace the wood on the roof and the fascia boards in this section. Thank goodness he found this problem and addressed it as I am sure that roof would have collapsed in a short time.
Mr. Jamison's crew came on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 7:30 am and began working on the roof. Had it not been for the rotten flat roof in one section of the house, It would have been completely done in 1 day. Let me add that our house has 2850 square feet and is only a 1 story home. The crew worked quickly and like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with the speed and pride they had doing this job. My shrubs and flowers were covered and protected. The yard was cleaned and a mgnet run over it to pick up all loose nails that might have been dropped. I also loved the fact that Square It Up Roofing took care of all the paper work with the insurance company and all I had to do was sit back and relax. Not only are the shingles warranted by the manufactorer, but Mr Jamison also provides a guarantee on his work - another thing I did not have to worry about. The ceiling had to be fixed and painted around the fireplace. Mr. Jamison found someone to come in and do that work for us also. What a pleasant surprise to find a roofer that is not out to just take your money.  Instead, I found one that takes pride in what he does and stands behinf it. My heartfelt thanks to this mand and his company.
