We initially had him come do some remodel work to an existing barn and out building. He fixed the sagging floor, sealed the inside from elements and animals and fixed the rotting threshold. He built a custom door for the small outbuilding and insulated the building. We liked his work so much that we asked him to build a large 2 car carport onto the side of our house. We went with metal roofing and he did a great job in a very timely manner. He was always there when he said he would be and was very respectful to us and our property. After this job was completed, I showed him some drawings I had for a wrap around deck and screened-in porch that I have wanted on my home. He gave me quote within a couple of days and we decided that we would go ahead and have him build it for us. We decided to go with matching metal roof of the carport and cover the large room and deck around the room. He and his small crew did a very nice job on the deck. It is very structurally sound and of great quality. However, I did have him come back and re-do a few finishing things that I thought could have been done better. I am an artist and a little picky about details so I guess that I am pickier than most so I do not hold it against him! ;-) I think he learned a lot from me on that matter! he was always very patient when I changed my mind about things and very good at explaining to me how and if the things I wanted done were even possible. Overall, he did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting some remodeling done on their home. He is great at framing and structure for sure! I will use him again in the near future to remove an existing carport and rebuild to match the other one. Brad is a very trustworthy young man and I recommend him highly.
