Capital Palmetto Builders is the residential division of the commercial roofing and siding company, Alpha & Omega Construction, LLC. Insurance adjusters prefer working with us as we inspect all roofs for sufficient damage prior to suggesting you file a claim, therefore weeding out unnecessary claims. We will meet with the adjuster on your behalf to give you the best chance for a successful claim. We are A+ rated on the BBB. We are a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and Shingle Master with Certainteed. We always use Ice & Water shield in all vulnerable areas as well as synthetic underlayment over the entire roof deck. This allows us to provide you with a 3 year workmanship warranty in addition to your manufacturers warranty. We will meet all insurance company estimates for work, all you should be responsible for is your deductible and any upgrades. We have over 60 years experience in new and replacement roofing. All of our installers are employed by us so you can be assured of quality work and up to date insurance as we do not subcontract our work like most other companies do. Working with Capital Palmetto Builders on the construction of vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia on my West Columbia, South Carolina home was a delight lately. My house has undergone a whole makeover from its days as a worn-out wood paneling and carpenter bee damage victim. My home looks more current and updated thanks to Alex and his crew, who also helped to ease my condition. The crew was really courteous to my property, on time, and very professional. They made sure everything was done to my liking and cleaned up the area after they finished. The whole look of my house has been much improved by the attention to detail, particularly around the soffits and fascia. The endeavor was made much more valuable by the substantial discount they provided. I am really happy with the outcome and heartily suggest Capital Palmetto Builders to anybody in need of excellent home remodeling services. We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier.

Ivan arrived to the appointment on time, but soon made it clear he was not excited about the size of the job. He said his company wouldn't make a large profit on this project and only did so on complete roof and gutter replacements. In addition, because my job would only amount to approximately $1000-2500, he would require 100% payment up front. I said I wasn't comfortable with full payment beforehand, but I told him I would consider the proposal that he was to send by email. He recorded my email address but I never heard from him again.

Could not be happier with Capital Palmetto Builders, LLC. Alex showed up shorty after I called for inspection of my roof following a storm. He was very polite and concerned for our problem. Days later my insurance company inspected the roof and agreed with everything Alex had told me. The team worked very hard, and the two chimneys were removed and the roof was completed in one day. Absolutely left zero trash behind. I highly recommend this Company.

I can not say enough good things about Capital Palmetto Builders. Ivan and his team were very professional, walked us through the whole process and answered the many questions we had. Before we began the process of getting a new roof and seamless gutters we did our due diligence and contacted two other companies along with Capital Palmetto Builders. After meeting with the other two roofing companies there was no doubt that we were going with Capital, and I’m so glad we did! The roof and seamless gutters looks absolutely amazing and the crew did a very detailed clean up of all roofing debris and nails that were on the ground before they left. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters installed!!

Lalo Jimenez with Capital Palmetto Builders came out to my house to inspect our vinyl siding that had separated. The problem was it was at the very top of our two-story house. He did not have a ladder tall enough with him at the time. Mr. Jimenez could not have been better to work with and came back right away and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs them. Capital has amazing customer service and quality repair. I definitely recommend them.

They came out and realized that the job was just a simple install of a piece of siding I count get up. Others wanting to charge 200-300$$ he put it up for free in 10 min. Best customer service and should I need anything else with my siding I am going back just due to how I was treated.

Was greated at my door by Lalo and explained that I just needed a quote for a single piece of siding that just keeps getting blown off.by strong winds. Was quoted $300 by another company which I though was to much. Out of the kindness of his heart he fixed it in 10 min or less so fast and asked nothing for it. I was so blessed and thankful. In April 2019, I had a leak in my old roof so I called Daryl Phelps with Capital Palmetto Builders and he came right away. We had a drone go over my roof and found I definitely need a new roof. While Daryl was here he called my insurance company and spoke with the adjuster, set up an appointment for them to meet and go over details. A couple of days later I had a new roof. Everything went super well and the crew cleaned everything up. Daryl came several times to check the work. I can't say enough about Daryl as to how sweet, helpful and pleasant he was. I would recommend anyone who needs aa new roof to use Daryl and Capital Palmetto Builders. In fact a neighbor down my street saw their work and Daryl helped her get a new roof.

Capital Palmetto Builders (CPB) did a great job on my roof. Darryl Phelps kept me informed during the entire process and treated the installation as if he was doing his own home. Darryl even provided status reports with pictures to let me know how the job was progressing and when the job would be complete. CPB used a drone to inspect the roof to eliminate the risk of further damage by walking around on the existing shingles. The drone images also provided an opportunity to show me what different color options I had on deciding which shingle to choose. I thought I only had a small leak that needed repair; however, I had much more damage than expected and the entire roof was replaced for my insurance deductible only! Darryl worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get full approval without me having to get involved which eliminated any interruption to my busy work schedule. Thanks Capital Palmetto Builders and kudos for a job well done!

I am a real estate agent and had a client who needed a roof and chimney removed. I called Darryl and he quickly got me a quote. The seller was unable to pay for it at time of service and so they graciously allowed my client to pay at closing. They installed the roof the next week and that surely helped me sell this home. My roof looked poorly so my son-in-law put me in touch with Capital Palmetto Builders. Darrell Phelps and Jon Biggs were in constant touch throughout the replacement of my Owens Corning architectural roof. Darrell and Jon were such nice people to work with and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand the process from the Drone flying over to detect any damage and remove the possibility of any additional damage. They helped me file insurance which was approved and over saw every aspect of the finished work which I couldn't be more pleased with. The crew they sent were hard workers, very polite and respectful and they had my new roof on in no time and cleaned up all debris afterwards. Andrew at Capital Palmetto Builders was great for me in a bad situation. My insurance was stubborn to repair my entire roof after some wind damage, but luckily I contacted Capital Palmetto Builders. Andrew worked with my insurance company and I over the course of several weeks to make sure necessary repairs were made. We called to get estimate on repairing wood siding on our house. Rep came out promptly and said he thought the damage was caused by termites and to check with our termite bond company. We did and they said it was water damage which it was. Called the rep back to tell him it was not termites and to get an estimate. He said to text him my email and he would get an estimate the next week. I did and no response. I texted him again asking for the estimate and no response. Why come so quickly and then never follow through?
