"My family came home Friday night to discover that our septic tank was backing up into our showers. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house. The earliest I could get someone to commit to was Tuesday (remember, it was a Friday night). I had already called two of the companies Angi recommended. Southeast Plumbing and Gas was the third. Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve. We are in a better position now than we were when we bought the house!"

"A car accident damaged about 1/3 of fence. Damien came out and gave us a competitive price. We indicated that the fence being down was a security problem for us. He set installation asap. Great job and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again."

"I had a leaking pipe problem and called Jordan needing immediate help. They sent out Blake and Heather within an hour. They repaired the pipe and did a wonderful job taking pictures of the before and after work. When you need plumbing work done I would highly recommend calling Jordan!!"

"When they came to do the inspection. They walked through with my husband and they showed him exactly where there were problems, they told him what problems there had been, and they labeled the areas that had things that were big problems. They also showed where there was a missing pier at each side. Not only the wall packing, but one of the support beams that had poked a hole in the closet. Then there was water that would come in the back area, and another diagonally from it. We had been told by one company not to worry about it, and that did not make use happy. They proposed fixing both ends, and had shown cracks in the walls, that we haven?t even seen, and where the floor was uneven. There were a lot of things they pointed out, that we haven?t even noticed. When they got done, Mr James Campbell, when he went through and showed my husband, it just absolutely dumbfounded him. There is not a room in the house, that didn?t need repaired. They ended up installing 3 push pier standard brackets, and cast in place fitting, and 15 smart jacks. They got all the permits and engineering. They did outstanding work. They were very polite professional, and on time. They gave of a sheet of all the information of everything that they installed, permits, and warranty for each thing. The smart jacks are warranteed for 5 years from install date. The manufacturer also warrants 25 years from the day of installation. When we entered into the contract we have the right to notify to notify the salesperson directly, and let them know if we were upset about anything or to cancel at that point. Offered to buy now and pay later. They were so professional and so contentious, and went out of their way to be so. They sent along with estimate, a whole booklet about foundation problems that explains everything you would ever want to know. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
