"I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. "Supervisor and 5 man crew arrived at approx. 8-8:30 AM and immediately began work although it was raining. They off-loaded all equipment to install and tools to accomplish the job.  Supervisor gave a few words of direction and the workers had only a few questions before beginning work...Although 2 days was scheduled to complete the work, with the 5 member crew and 'hands-on' supervisor, they were able to complete all work in one day.  Everything appears to function as contracted and we are pleased with the work accomplished.

"Friendly, professional, we discussed the project and he then used fixed pricing from a notebook to provide the estimate. Over $700.00 to move the garbage disposal from one drain to the other. I declined and Paid the Appraisal fee of $45.00.
Subsequently the garbage disposal remains where it was.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
