"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

"It is hard to find a trust worthy, good quality and reasonably priced contractor these days. I am fortunate to know Scott. He had done a range of medium size projects for me in the last 10 years, ranging from kitchen back splash installation, Range Hood fan installation, to bathroom shower remodeling. The latest major job he just finished for me this week is a major master bathroom remodeling, which includes installation a new freestanding tub and new title floor, which requests removal of existing jet tub, installing new title, freestanding tub & faucet, vanity, lights, and mirrors. The whole job took a full two weeks to complete. The work is done on time with excellent quality. "They arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job."

"They did a good job on sealing up the basement. The french drain was a bit of a challenge. My car port was still flooding after a good steady rain. When they came back to fix, they removed some nice gravel that they installed originally and dug a little deeper and put in some stuff that was butt ugly. I didn't make a big deal of it because ultimately what I wanted was the flooding fixed. Getting them back to fix the problem took weeks. They often didn't return phone calls. The main guy said he had come out to look, but he didn't bother to tell me. The second time didn't fix it either. They finally came out a third time to work on the french drain after many phone calls and most of them not returned. I was told their answering service wasn't working a few times. Internet problems or something. But that went on for weeks. They finally sent someone out and they brought the drain further out from the edge of the car port. (The original problem they said was they couldn't dig any deeper because the edge of the carport had cement that was beyond the edge. My thought, they should have moved it back the first time when they realized this. The description of the ditch on estimate was it would be 12 to 18 inches deep. It was nothing close to this. I tried to point this out, they sort of ignored me. This whole miscalculation really wasn't my problem.)  They pulled ditch out on the other side of flower bed and made deeper, they put the crappy looking rock back and told me if it didn't work this time they couldn't do anything else. They pointed out how the hill on the side, (They put the drain in the front.) was so sloped that rain water was likely coming from there. Luckily this drain mostly fixed the problem. I felt they completely misjudged the drain situation. They bid low and that was tied up with some other work. So I can understand how their profit was trickling away. However; the way they handled the whole thing was unprofessional and careless. Due to this I decided I would probably not use them again. If you hire them to do their specialty, crawl space sealing, treatment and remedy, you may be happy with them. Just know you may have to deal with some issues around getting them to call back, etc.
