I decided to do my entire house and the back door which is 3 large panes of glass. It took a little longer than I expected for them to be finished and installed. The installers were extremely professional. They took down the old blinds and neatly wrapped them up, moved some furniture and cleaned everything up. There was a little mishap and part of the frame from the back door fell. I called Jennifer and even though it was after 5 pm, she called me back immediately to discuss my concern. The office sent installers back to reattach the piece more securely. I am very pleased with the appearance of the shutters and the professionalism of all the staff members I interacted with either in person or on the phone. I would hire them again

"My husband and I recently had a consultant, Jennifer Verkon, from Southern Traditions Window Fashion come to our house to give us a quote on shades for our deck. Jennifer arrived right on time and gave us several options. We were so excited we gave her a deposit right away! However, the next day after looking over our financial obligations we decided to cancel our order. Jennifer was very patient with us and found some more options for us and gave us more time to think about our decision. Unfortunately, we did cancel the order. Jennifer was very professional and never made us feel guilty or bad. She helped with the refund process and within a week we received confirmation of our refund. While it certainly was not intentions to cancel this order when we started, it just ended up to be the best choice for us. "We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there.
