ACE WINDOW CLEANING

Never did the work. Never showed up. Was a no show 2 times, and the 3rd time was going to be later on the week (was a week today since the first call). And when told the business I was not happy with my treatment and said I would go somewhere else. I was only told "blessings." Kind of upset me even more and when I stated that I was upset, that's when I was told to read the bible and was being judged by the owner whom I never met me. Be prepared to be judge by this business if you don't agree with them.

They are always great. I use them about once a year and I highly recommend them to others.

Both Father and son were very nice and polite. They came on time to my surprise I forgot about them coming out. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I moved furniture etc. so they could get to the windows they even asked if they could put the items back in place. I would highly recommend them cleaning your windows. My look so beautiful now. I will be having them come out agin to clean my windows.

Jeff McCoy and his son Stephen were awesome. I contacted Jeff a few weeks ago, he answered promptly, called me back when promised, provided an estimate and we scheduled the cleaning for a few weeks in the future. They arrived punctually, reviewed which windows to do and promptly got to work. Both answered questions I had, helped with a couple of issues, and provided invaluable advice! Besides a wonderful job cleaning - there was such attention to detail - going back to ensure all windows were perfect - before storms were put back on and again after that. I could not be more pleased with their work and my wonderfully immaculate windows!!!!

Excellent. I would never call anyone else. It was very reasonable and they know what I expected. Right on time, professional as they can get. I will call them in two or three months. There were a couple of windows where the sprinklers were hitting them and had built up some sort of lime and they got every bit of that off. They go beyond, do really good.

Jeff came over the day I called to give me an estimate. He and his crew came when he promised and did a thorough, well-done job. He explained what was clogging my gutters and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction before leaving. Jeff was professional and informative. My windows were not standard size and some were high so I feel I received good value for my money

Steven (the owner's son) and his brother in law arrived on time, did a quick in-person estimate and went to work cleaning inside and out. The guys did a wonderful job. Their work was neat and clean and Steven identified a few Windows that have broken seals. They're only two years old so we can call the builder to have the faulty Windows replaced. My husband and I were very impressed with these young men and their work. No surprise the company has been around since 1975!

The price was good. We had problem afterwards. I can no longer before I go in the shower, take off all my clothes and go into the laundry room and put them there because the blinds on the bay would not fully close anymore. I don't mind at all. I don't care, but my wife says you shouldn't do that. They cleaned the windows well. They had taken them off, when they put them back on, they wouldn't close all the way. I don't know why. They ruined the blinds. I would not use them again. I would tell a member or a friend to take a picture of the blinds before they start washing.

Very cooperative and professional in making arrangements and doing work. Windows and screens were spotless, screens reinstalled correctly, and no collateral damage. Precisely what you're looking for in a window cleaning service. Will be having them come regularly.

My windows have never been so clean. I always did them myself before but I will never wash another window. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I will definitely call Ace Window Cleaning when its time to wash windows again.

Two technicians arrived as scheduled, counted all of the windows and began to work. One technician cleaned outside while the other one cleaned inside. They were very thorough and pointed out those windows that needed minor work. Technicians did a very good job and I will use them again in the future.

Jeff did a great job on my windows. I didn't think they could look so good. Wish I would have done this sooner. Very responsive and great attention to detail. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and exercises great care around your home.
