"Had them come out to repair my oven on June 24, 2025, they said it was the fan and to replace it would be $575.85. We paid on the spot and they said it would be a few weeks for the part to come in. They come on July 16, 2025 and replace the fan. Turn it on that weekend and it still doesn’t work. It gets to the hottest temp and the fan sounds like it’s about to explode. We have called six times, texted, emailed, and spoken to the fake AI chatbot on their website and no one has responded. Call me back and fix my oven that I paid you for!"
