"Quality Flooring and Renovations started when they said they would, and completed when they said they. Everyone was professional and very .courteous. The flooring is outstanding and installed well. We could not be happier with the installation and quality of the flooring. The cost was within our expectation, and most strongly recommend Quality Flooring and Renovations for anyone needing flooring. Very Respecfully, William Monroe"

"Big shout-out to Chris. This man exceptionally explained everything you all had to offer and was outstanding in educating us on things we may not have understood or were not aware of. I am very happy with the work your team did. They provided top-tier results, and I will be coming back for future work as well as referring people I know to your company. I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity. It means a lot, and it made our decision to move forward that much easier. As for your process from start to finish, it was quick, seamless, and very straightforward. I did not feel like you guys were trying to see how much money you could get out of us. Your product and presentation speak for themselves, and your warranty backs all of it up and is one of the biggest factors in why people will consider moving forward. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did. This company deserves 5 stars. As for feedback, I highly recommend having a process for covering up the customer's furniture"

"We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!"

"We had significant damage to our floors after a water leak. After dealing with several companies over the past 7 months I contacted Cheryl and she came out and did an estimate to refinish the floors. The other company was going to do the hardwood replacement but they backed out at the last minute. I called Cheryl back and she updated the quote. Christopher was dispatched to do the work and he showed up everyday on schedule.. The work was completed before schedule and it was outstanding. Take my advise and call these folks, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. LTJ"

"Great attention to detail so the floor turned out perfect."

"Empire did an excellent job coming out and measuring the floors to make sure for the proper flooring to be placed in the house they were. They scheduled the appointment to install the floors. A representative called to affirm the appointment. The floors were installed by professionals in less than four hours cleaned up behind themselves it was a wonderful experience."

"I hired Cransten to remodel my bathroom. It was getting old and in need of an update. They came in, replaced the floor, built a shower pan, and laid custom tile around my shower. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I would definitely hire them again!"
