This past weekend we moved from the house we were renting in Guntersville to the house we just purchased in Albertville. We contacted MacArthur Moving during the purchasing process to get an estimate for our move. Jennifer came to the house we were renting to see the pieces of furniture we were looking to have moved, and my wife and I found Jennifer to be very easy to talk to, very professional and friendly. She left us the quote along with contact information for her competitors so that we could ask for other quotes. We made a few calls and checked reviews of the other companies and decided to go with MacArthur. Best decision ever made!!!! We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care that John and the moving team showed throughout the entire process this past Saturday. They arrived on time and were very communicative throughout the move. They were also very careful with our furniture and belongings, ensuring that everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. I highly recommend this moving company. They arrived on time. We had 4 heavy items that needed to be moved. They were professional, fast, knowledgeable, and careful with other things. Have to say they were not the lowest bid received but I found their response time and customer service to be the best of every quote I got. Move went great and nothing was broken when it got to my new home. Only one minor issue of a lamp part being misplaced but it was quickly located and sent to me. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs to move.
