"I made an appt with them for Wednesday from noon to 2. They no showed and didn’t bother to call. I called back Friday and they agreed to come out right then. However, the truck didn’t have enough to pump my entire septic and they said they would come out first thing Monday. They no showed again on Monday. Four days later they tried to contact me to reschedule. I refused at that point. I can’t be kept waiting for 2 weeks for whenever they feel it is convenient for them…if you make an appt, keep it!"

"spoke with someone from Cobon Construction, Newberry SC. He stated he was going to come to my house the weekend of the 28th/29th for an estimate. He never showed up or called to state he wasn’t coming. I texted him to see if he was going to do the estimate ….He never answered!! I texted him again a day later to tell him it was disrespect and bad business, not only for himself but Angie’s list!! His reply was “Who’s this” I will not be attempting to contact them again nor will I use Angie’s for referrals in the future. This whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth !!"
