"After several quotes, the quote was very competitive and included a lighting allowance and painting. We agreed on terms and the work was scheduled. It started as planned and continued while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. As I am friends with several other very satisfied customers and the trustworthiness of those working was always mentioned, we discussed the safety of having the work done while we were away. After some minor precautions, we left our home while the work was done. It was the best thing ever to come home and have the work almost completely done, cleaned up, vacuumed and in 'show' condition. We did not have to deal with people coming in and out while we were trying to manage our day to day schedule. Communication was great. Any issues that arose were managed quickly and professionally. Suggestions were made that were considerate of re-sale value as well as cost effectiveness for us.
