"I adore this company. Kyle has been taking care of my Chimney for years. Some years I burn a lot and sometimes not so much. When it needs swept he takes care of it, as well as my dryer vents. When they donâ t need done he lets me know and doesnâ t charge me for coming out. Not even gas! Heâ s truly an honest man. He has gotten his kids involved in the business now that they are growing up. They are always polite and will chat with me while working. Itâ s heartwarming to see. Last year I needed a big repair after a storm blew my cap right off! He and his son came out and put a tarp over until the worst had passed. Work was done within 2 weeks and it was money well spent! They even helped removed bees and birds over the years. Iâ m not good at technology so my grandson is helping me write this up. I really wanted to give credit where it is due. "Initial install of building sewer, water lines and bathroom toilet and sink went very well. Our problem began with the two small inline under the sink hot water heaters which they provided under their contract and installed. Both heaters, however, exceeded the electrical capacity of the building both in amperage and wire gauge, but were installed regardless, but not tested. Our breakers would flip within a minute after turning on the hot water. We requested that the hot water heaters be replaced with something that met the electrical specs. After 3 months of requesting recommendations for a solution, none was provided. In order to move ahead with the final building inspection I purchased two small under the sink small (2 gallons or less) hot water heaters for under $300.00 (total) and had Twin Systems install. Big mistake! I did not expect a bill for this rework (at least not for the labor) but was charged $900.00 ($875.00 of which was for labor to install the two heaters that I had provided). Furthermore, one replacement heater still remains unworkable since the cord requires a plug which Twin Systems cannot connect since they do not do electrical work, and suggested that I hire an electrician. I was never provided an estimate for this rework, only a bill, and was reminded recently that if the $900.00 bill was not paid in full soon that I would be charged late fees."

"Contacted them in late January and they were very punctual in answering our text about having wood and setting a delivery time/date. My wife went ahead and paid them via credit card. Then things went downhill, after repeated daily reasons for over a week why they couldn't make it, I told them I would have to do a chargeback on my credit card for their lack of delivery if they didn't get this rectified. My wife and I never heard from them again. It looks like other customers are having problems with not getting their deliveries either when looking at other Google customer reviews too. Avoid."
