"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Convinced me to hardwire our entire home new construction and they also convinced me to allow them to wire and install a Ring Doorbell and mount and install all of my TVs. After the fact I discovered they didn't hard wire any of them and only connected to wifi. This was a large added expense to hard wire my home. When I confronted them about it as well as our builder the owner they cussed at me refused to fix anything including my doorbell which wasn't working and demanded a $100 fee for them to come back out to my house to "trouble shoot" the issue. This was less than 6 months after installation. Horrible experience if I could give them a negative stars I would."
