They're very fast, reliable and personable. The owner came out to talk to me. I was very impressed with them.

We had a fresh water pipe break at a toilet we were fixing at a rental house.  We at first called one company and had them just extract the water.  With no high powered fans to dry afterwards, it was a waste of our time and money as the carpet was still very wet 24 hours later and starting to wet the surrounding walls and floor boards.  That is when we called disaster care.  Al and his team came out and immediately after giving me an estimate, re-extracted all of the carpets along with putting in high-powered fans to dry it the rest of the way.  I wish I had called them in the first place.  They did an excellent job and we experienced no damage from the accident, thank goodness.  The estimate that they gave me turned out was too low, but Al still honored the price.  I really appreciated their care with our carpets and honoring their estimated price.   Thanks so much Al for a job well done.

It turned out good. They came in and they were able to go through fairly quickly. I set it up about two weeks in advance and they were Johnny-on-the-spot to do it. I didn't have to remind them at all. It went out well. They did a really good job. I have no complaints. I recommended them to a guy that was buying my house and we managed to get them to do that house as well.

I called Al (the owner) in reference to trying to eliminate cigarette smoke from a residence. We tried everything with no success. Al recommended a procedure but I chose to use a different method and it did not work. Disaster Care came back out at no charge to me, performed the original method that was suggested and even fogged with a deodorizer; the smoke smell was gone! I will call them again in a minute and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation! They are and quot;old school!and quot; they do what they say they are going to do!

This company is very efficient. I spoke directly to the owner which is reassuring and he was able to answer all of my questions. The appointment was arranged and they were responsible in calling ahead of time and arriving on time. The rug was returned to me sooner than anticipated in a very short time. They brought the rug in, were paid, and left in a very professional manner.

Gave a quote over the phone of $105. Set up appointment , just 2 days out. They were right on time, have a big truck with equipment mounted, and went right to work. Careful not to mar walls etc. The carpet was quite stained and dirty, I was not sure it would come clean. They spot treated, went over as much as necessary to get all stains out of the Berber carpet. Mover furniture they normally would not, including TV. Thanks, great job by Kevin and Leroy.

Absolutely the best work we could've asked for. They went far beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them to everyone.

This is the only carpet care company I will (hopefully) ever have to use! They are always on time...even calling to let me know they are on the way. They are polite, professional and seem to take great pride in customer satisfaction. This exemplary customer service begins with the lovely young lady who answers the phone and schedules the appointment, the hard working men who make my carpet look new, and the follow-up post card asking for my in-put.

We are very satisfied with them. They are punctual and they never had to come back to redo a spot. They are friendly people.

I especially liked the fellow they sent out. His name was Nick and he was very prompt, thorough, and wonderful to deal with.

They were punctual, did a good job and their price was reasonable. I was happy with the final product and would use them again. They were right on time.

They were scheduled to come at 3:00 but I received a phone call letting me know they were running early and wanted to know if I would like them to come then. I said yes! How often is a company early for their appointment!? The gentlemen explained everything before they did it and went right to work. They were very nice and did an excellent job getting the toddler stains out of my carpet. It only took them about 45 minutes to finish. We had already removed all the furniture to make it easy. We left the house to air out an about 4 hours later when we came home the carpet was clean, dry, and not crunchy like some of the diy machines leave it. They did a great job and were very nice. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely use them again if our carpet gets out of control.

I was just thrilled with the result of the steam cleaning done. Nick was a sweet man and was very helpful in answering my questions, I am a Senior and he was very patient. I was happy with my whole experience from my first telephone call to set up a date for the work until Nick finished his cleaning and walked out the door.

They did a good job of getting everything out because it was dirty. They worked pretty hard. The price was a little too high.

I love them and use them all the time. I spent about $150 on that service. I just leave the key and they come in and take care of everything.

They are very good. It's a family-run business. He advertises in the local paper all the time. They really want to do a good job, because they are a part of the community. They know that if they mess up, their name will be messed up. They care about the people because they know the people in the town.
