He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"I talked to Justin about wanting a floodlight camera above my garage door. I didn't have any pre existing wiring to use a wired one so wasn't sure what my options were. He picked out a solar panel ring light since that was going to be the cheapest and easier route than running wires to an electrical source. I'm very pleased at how it turned out. He picked up the camera the day we talked and the next day he was installing it. The installation looks very professional and secure. "I have hired Steven and his team on two separate occasions and both times the work was excellent and considerably less expensive then all the other quotes I got. For the first job I needed two dedicated 4 outlet 20A circuits ran from my Frog to the breaker box in the garage, a ceiling fan prewire in the Frog, and two power outlets, one behind my wall mounted tv in my living room and the other in my master bedroom. On average I'd say the 4 quotes I got from other companies varied from about $1250-$1500 and they all said that the quote was subject to change based on level of difficulty which they would determined once they arrived on site and made their personal assessment. However Steven's company quoted me $750 and honored that price after the work was done...meaning it didn't try and jack up the price of his quote after the work was finished. Based on the excellent work and pricing I hired Steven's company again about 15 months later to install another power outlet behind my wall mounted TV in my office and an outlet behind my crown moulding so I could power my LIFX strip lighting. Per usual the work quality was excellent and was very reasonably priced. I would def hire again if I needed additional work."
