I quickly knew that I loved working with homeowners. It is very satisfying to be able to leave a door in a safe, quite and excellent working condition.We take great effort in providing fast, reliable and professional service. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We fix broken springs, cables, off track doors, track repair, and damaged door panels to name a few of our services. We provide free safety inspections with every service call.
"Super smooth transaction and repair. Jeremy was the only garage door company to give me a quote via text which I appreciated very much. Several other companies didn't want to tell me a price over the phone and wanted to send someone out for a fee. That didn't sound right to me. Jeremy was prompt for the service call, spent about 45 minutes replacing the springs, and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be. Can't get any easier or better than that. I'll be calling Open Up Garage Door the next time my door needs servicing."

"My husband and I had several different companies come out to give us quotes for our fence. We were getting discouraged because we felt the quotes we were getting were made-up prices. We actually left the project alone and said, "We will continue to wait on God to bring the right company." A few months back, we explained to my sister it would be nice if we got our backyard fenced in by the summer. Well, she recommended Mr. Donnell the owner of Best Rate Fence. We did not reach out right away, but when we did, we knew this was the right company for the job. His customer service was top-notch. He returned our call right away and came out to home the next day. He was the only company that came out and walked our yard with a measuring tool. Jim, a Charlotte native, learned the plumbing trade from his father-in-law, Chester H. Creed, and worked with him for many years before starting his own company. Jim, along with his wife Judy, formed Jim Dickerson Plumbing in 1977. What began as a one truck operation has grown steadily over the years, and today we have a fleet of over 20 service vans. In 2005, we moved to our current 11,000 square foot location. This facility includes a 7,000 square foot warehouse that allows us to stock many commonly used parts, water heaters, and fixtures which helps us in providing prompt service. Jim's daughters, Debbie and Angie, decided after college to join the company and they currently manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting. "My system went out on my AC and Jim Dickerson was called out to repair it from my warranty company. After the Dickerson company left, I was told I need a new system. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
