"DK's tree service is premium quality. From working with Dmytry on the scope and quote, to the removal of the stump and site cleanup, I am extremely pleased with their work and service. I could not recommend them more. My neighbors were so impressed, they hired them for service as well. Quality speaks for itself."

"D & D removed 1 tree, trimmed 1 tree back and 6 bushes. Five of the bushes were in a flowerbed. They were careful to not damage any other flowers in the flowerbed. As they were pulling the bushes up, they payed close attention to the roots to insure the roots were now pulling up any water pipes, wires or anything else buried in the ground. The water pipe and water discharge pipe were in the ground where the bushes were. They grinded all items (bushes, trees, limbs, roots, etc.) on the job. They have a tree grinder they brought with them. They did not drive the grinder on the grounds. They parked it on the curb and carried all items to the curb to grind there. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed."

"Excellent experience with Molina's Tree Service. This was a reasonably large residential project, with removal of 6 large trees (5 of which were on the opposite side of the house from the crane placement), pruning of the remaining trees and "red-tip" shrubs, removal of a row of evergreens, cleaning out of the flower beds, stump grinding of the removed trees. All was accomplished over the course of about 12 hours, in the same day. Ethan came for the estimate, and made several excellent suggestions, explaining in detail his rationale. I made several changes to their standard contract, which they were willing to accommodate, working with Dana in the front office. Communication was very good, with no surprises. The crew showed up promptly as scheduled, and their operations were a sight to behold -- very efficient and clearly the result of a lot of experience working together. Jorge, the foreman, was exceptional in his communication, and made several accommodations. His ability to keep his men moving was remarkable. The attention to detail was very good. In very close quarters for the crane placement, the crew was careful about placing one of of the supporting pads very near our little Japanese maple tree without damaging it. The bird house that had been attached to one of the removed trees was carefully removed and laid aside. Seeing that the job needed more support, Mr. Molina himself showed up with more workers and stayed to make sure the job was done by the end of the day, without interfering with Jorge's management. Nothing on the site was damaged, in spite of a large crane and two Bobcats at work. The site was left generally clean, with all debris (except one tree's worth of stump grindings that we wanted to keep) removed by the crew. Although the work required the crew to work in the street in front of our house, the traffic was still able to flow OK. I highly, highly recommend Molina's Tree Service for any similar work. I have great confidence in their work, having seen it first hand."

Budget over $1,500 if you need a tree removed from your yard that’s larger than 80 feet. Large tree removal is a significant project that requires a crane, and the overall price will increase if the tree is close to your house. Typically, smaller trees can cost as low as $8 per foot to remove, while larger trees (over 80 feet) can cost at least $15 per foot.
To have a fallen tree removed near your home, you can expect to pay between $100 to $500. Your local tree removal professional will most likely just need to cut and remove the tree from your property, but factors like the size of the tree and its trunk diameter impact this cost. In addition, there will be an extra cost to fill in the hole left by the tree, and while you have your tree removal specialist on-site, it might be worth it to have them inspect the other trees in your yard for potential damage. Trees that have fallen onto your home or another structure, will likely be more costly to remove
On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.
If there are no online reviews, ask them for referrals. If a tree removal company is reputable, you won't be their first client. It's perfectly acceptable to ask for references on your initial call, and if a removal company won't provide referrals, it's time to move on.
Find out what equipment they use. Some types of tree removal equipment are better than others, and a removal company might need special tools to get your particular job done. On your first conversation with a prospective removal company, make sure that you clearly express the nature of the job you want accomplished and receive assurances that the company has the proper equipment.
Consider all of the costs. Always ask for an estimate up-front. Inquire about the job itself and any potential hidden fees that you might not be aware of.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
