"These guys came when they said they would, looked everything over completely before giving me a price to do the work. They did the work quickly and made repairs over and above what was needed because they felt it was necessary and didn't change the price quoted. They cleaned the site up completely and were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend these plumbers to anyone."

"I am very satisfied with Russ of Integrity Plumbing of the Upstate in every way. He was very thorough in his examination of my plumbing system and recommended a reasonably priced repair. I originally wanted to repipe my plumbing, but Russ' assessment of my plumbing system changed my mind giving me confidence in the current system. "This was a night call to Benjamin Franklin. Nathan arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. This work was under our toilet warranty. We asked him to come back the next day to check on something and again, his response was first class. Very polite, very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. We have always used Ben Franklin for our plumbing needs and have never been dissatisfied. Would always recommend them to others and trust them to get the job done well.

"Water pressure was too high causing an awful noise when toilets flushed and faucets running. Called Angi's list t I find a plumber for an estimate. 5 choices came up. Johnson Brothers was the first on the list. Called and Jacob responded immediately. He was able to come over, access the issue and repair all in the same day. Some sort of pressure valve was needed. Jacob explained every step, as if he were a surgeon explaining the procedure. He checked for leaks, there were none. Finished the procedure and no more awful noise. Plumbing issue solved all in a few hours. Very professional I every way. Highly recommend as far as work done right. Price was reasonable I suppose. But worth the no worry mentality."
