EAST COOPER LOCK AND SAFEthe installation was fine. They came on time and took them 40-45 min for the full install. They were very polite. After about a month it stopped working properly and then the owner came out and fixed the issues in about 10 minutes.
Installer arrived and had the entire issue fixed within an hour - charge was only 100 dollars, and he even fixed a separate issue (the door not going up and down right randomly due to some radio interference) during his time there. Couldn't say enough about the level of professionalism...
The installer was on-time. It took him about 4 hours to do the install. However, the quality of his work was terrible. He drilled into the door frame (as one would expect), but didn't clean up his mess. To my own fault, I didn't go into the crawl space to check his work. One would think...
