Very bad business practices. The techs will tell you one price, then charge you a higher price. Also, charged my credit card without my authorization! BEWARE!!!!

I bought a home and got no keys to the house! Needless to say I called this company at 7 am the next morning. They really are "around the clock". They sent someone out that morning. Lance was wonderful! He re keyed every door and I can use the same key for all doors. They charged me a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

This company was awesome.  Called them around 10 that morning and they promptly scheduled a visit for the afternoon.  Lance arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently.  We had checked with several companies before this and had to wait for a technician to call back and then they were sketchy about what they would charge/ basically advertised a set fee but would not commit to it.  Around the Clock told us on the phone the charges and they did what they said.  Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Review Update 8/13: Gave them a second chance on Mazda 3 Keys and they did outstanding. the price quoted was the price charged ($125 for the keys to be cut and programed (Purchased aftermarket)) and got the job done swiftly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith A+++ on the second time through!

Original Review 6/26: It went great, the locksmith came out and was on time and very good at completing the job. My only qualm was with the pricing quoted vs price charged. The job was quoted at 550 and due to some extra work (which was performed on the door jam) and a discrepancy in what the owner would charge vs what the locksmith doing the job charged to Change out each door knob and deadbolt, the price had jumped $75 on the receipt I signed to $625 and the credit card was charged $650. The question is was it worth it? Yes, it was, but to be quoted wrong and then overcharged is frustrating without ever verbally discussing with me the added charges prior to the work being performed. Overall the work was fantastic and I would hire them again but I would ask for an emailed quote of the spectrum of work with the final price of the job and its components broken down and I would review it prior to them beginning work with the locksmith. I like that the company has a great moral footing and love that they will unlock a car for free if a child is locked inside! I just feel that the pricing wasn't handled in a way that shows the company had standards of pricing.

There were 2 lovely folks who came out to my house. They were on time, very nice, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back to them with any of my lock needs!

The technician Troy arrived within an hour of the call to his office, unlocked a door within a minute, for which we had no key. He produced a new key for that door. The technician was friendly and professional.

He did everything to my utmost satisfaction.
