"They called ahead to confirm the appointment. On the actual day of the appointment, It was an unusually hot day, over 100 degrees and the appointment prior to mine had them running a little behind so they called to let me know they were going to be just a little late. It was a nice courtesy. Three young men arrived and the man in charge, James, introduced everyone and explained what they would be doing and how the job was going to be done. They came in, got started and in less than two and a half hours all of the windows in our home were clean. We have a two story house with a walk out basement and we have a lot of windows! They delivered as promised - windows were cleaned, the screens were clean, the windows sills were clean as well.  I was impressed with the job that was done as well as the professionalism of the young men and their manners. I will definitely be using this company again.
